Scope of service:

  • Documentation preparation and compilation.
  • Representing the client as authorised representative
  • Developing applications for new authorisations and authorisations for vehicles conforming to an authorised type.
  • Managing submissions through the One-Stop Shop (OSS), the official tool of the European Union Agency for Railways.
  • Cooperation with notified bodies (NoBo) and assessment bodies (AsBo).
  • Monitoring deadlines and maintaining communication with the Office for Rail Transport (UTK), the formal assessor of the process.
